Welcome! I am an Assistant Professor of Sociology at Case Western Reserve University. My scholarship examines how policy environments and social institutions contribute to racial and nativity inequities in health, well-being, and life chances. My work has been published in peer-reviewed outlets including Social Forces, Demography, Social Science & Medicine, Sociology of Health and Illness, and International Migration Review, among others.

Prior to joining Case Western, I was an NIA T32 Postdoctoral Fellow in the Specialized Training Program in the Demography and Economics of Aging at the University of Chicago. I hold a PhD in Demography and Sociology (2022), an MA in Demography (2019), and a BA in Health and Societies (2016) from the University of Pennsylvania.
